Google Ads agency: we turn your ad budget into sales

In short

A Google Ads agency builds and manages search, shopping, Performance Max, display and YouTube campaigns around a business's sales goal. At Marketing Plus we manage campaigns by cost per customer and sales, not by clicks.

Scope

What it covers

  1. 01

    Search ads

We show up for the exact words customers search. Keywords, match types and negative keywords are kept up to date.

  2. 02

    Shopping ads

We tidy the product feed and show products with price and image on Google Shopping, one of the fastest sales channels for e-commerce.

  3. 03

    Performance Max

We run one campaign across all Google surfaces. Asset groups and audience signals stay in our hands.

  4. 04

    Display and YouTube

We prepare image and video ads for awareness and remarketing.

  5. 05

    Conversion tracking

We measure real goals such as sales, forms and calls with Google Tag Manager and GA4.

Process

How we proceed

  1. 1 week

    Account and site audit

We review the account, tracking setup and landing pages and share findings in writing.

  2. Campaign design

We prepare campaign structure, keywords, ad copy and budget split for your goal.

  3. Launch and optimisation

We go live, watch closely in the first weeks and improve at regular intervals.

  4. Reporting

We report sales, cost per customer and return on ad spend, then pick the next step together.

What is Google Ads and how does it work?

Google Ads is the advertising platform that lets you run ads in Google search results, the Shopping tab, YouTube and Google's partner sites. Ads are served through an auction: your bid and the quality of your ad are weighed against the keyword or audience you target. Most campaigns run on pay-per-click, so you pay when someone clicks.

When does it make sense to work with a Google Ads agency?

As monthly budgets grow, small mistakes get expensive. Mismatched keywords, unmeasured conversions and weak landing pages quietly drain budget. If you do not have the time or expertise to optimise the account regularly, an agency is usually more efficient than managing it yourself.

Why us

Why Marketing Plus

Sales-based measurement

We talk about sales, cost per customer and return, not clicks and impressions.

Ads and site together

The landing page is in the same team, so conversion problems are solved without hand-offs.

Open reporting

You see where the budget went and why we made each decision.

Pricing

How the cost is set

There are two cost items: the ad budget paid to Google and the agency service fee. You set the ad budget. The service fee depends on account size, number of campaigns and the management intensity required.

How much should a Google Ads budget be?
There is no fixed number. It depends on sector, competition and target sales. It is sensible to start with enough budget to learn and scale on results. In the free audit we suggest a range for your sector.
Do I pay the ad budget to Google or to you?
The ad budget is paid directly to Google. The agency fee is invoiced separately, so all ad spend goes to ads.
What is the difference between Google Ads and SEO?
Google Ads is paid and fast; when you stop the budget, ads stop. SEO tries to rank in organic results, takes longer but lasts. They complement each other.
Is Performance Max right for every business?
No. It works well in accounts with enough conversion data and good product or creative assets. In new accounts it is usually healthier to collect data with search campaigns first.
Can you take over my existing Google Ads account?
Yes. We audit first, report gaps and opportunities, then take over management. Historical data is preserved.
